The general digitalisation effort has been in focus for NODA during the last year. In 2017 the STORM project, using advanced ICT technology for smart grids, entered its final year showing exciting results. Also, the new TEMPO project for data-driven analytics and decision support started up. NODA participated in the DHC+ Summer School in Genk (BE), with a presentation of machine learning algorithms for control distribution. Furthermore, at the EHP conference in Glasgow, we did a talk on digitalisation as well as performing a live demonstration of the STORM controller at the DHC+ Pavilion.
